STEF application forms may ask for your name, email, organization, role, professional profile, perspective, and the priorities or capabilities you want to bring to a Forum program. Optional fields are clearly marked.
Your application
STEF LLC uses registration and application details to review participation, curate working groups and introductions, and contact you about Forum programs. October 28 registration questions and contributions are processed by Luma in an embedded checkout on this site. Separate STEF 2027 applications and contact inquiries continue to use Netlify Forms; previously submitted October 28 applications may also remain stored in Netlify. Website hosting processes technical data required to serve and protect the site.
Program updates
You can choose to receive relevant STEF program updates using the optional checkbox. Contact the Forum to change your preference.
October 28 invitation requests
October 28 invitation requests, preparation questions, and event contributions now use Luma registration embedded on our site. Luma collects your registration information and handles ticket and payment processing. Registration requests are subject to approval; submitting a request does not guarantee attendance. For paid tickets requiring approval, a temporary payment authorization may appear before STEF approves the registration.
Luma checkout and payments
When you register for October 28, your information and any payment details are processed by Luma and its payment partners according to their applicable privacy terms. The STEF website does not collect or store your card details. Please review Luma’s privacy information as part of registration.
Questions or changes
Contact the Forum with questions about your application or a request to update or remove your information.
Contact inquiries
The contact form collects your name, reply email, inquiry topic, and message. Organization is optional. STEF LLC uses this information to respond to your inquiry; the form is processed through Netlify. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing updates.
